Dealer assigned an employee to work with me over 3-4 days until I got the hang of it . The employee was very patient and never made me feel dumb for not getting it. Truck was a high demand model that I had to order 6 months in advance. Dealer gave me a price when I ordered it . When I took delivery the truck was selling for more but the dealer stuck to the original price . I'll do business with them from now on. More

I needed to replace the truck that was totaled by storm damage. I wanted another truck but was in no hurry. We had a great experience buying our 2022 Yukon at Harry Robinson GMC. -Lizette Torrez, our first point of contact, was so wonderful while helping us sort through the vehicles that were available to put a Robinson GMC. -Lizette Torrez, our first point of contact, was so wonderful while helping us sort through the vehicles that were available to put a deposit down on. When we decided on our Yukon she connected us with our salesperson Harrison. -Harrison Hunter was awesome at explaining the process since the vehicle had not yet been built. He also provided us with updates, patiently answered questions and promptly returned our phone calls during the wait from vehicle production to delivery. Thank you Harrison! -Chris Wilson was also super helpful with our questions about our Buyers Order, trade-in and sales tax questions (since we live in Texas). -Adriana Burton was fantastic as she slowly taught how to use all the technology in the our new Yukon and patiently answered all our questions. Overall, this was one of the best car buying experiences we have had and well worth the 3hr 45min drive from North Texas.
