Troncalli used to be my "goto" dealership. I've purchased a few cars from them and always took my car and minivan to Troncalli for service or repair-related issues. In the last year, customer I've purchased a few cars from them and always took my car and minivan to Troncalli for service or repair-related issues. In the last year, customer service has declined. I took my car in because the radio button on the steering wheel wasn't working, and after holding my car for almost two days, they said they couldn't replicate the problem. I get in the car, and the same problem happens before leaving the dealership's property. Friday, 3/4/2022, my transmission light comes, and my car starts having issues. I called the dealership, and I was told to drop the car off Monday, and they will look at it asap and call me back. I dropped the car off Sunday evening, and today Monday, I got a call from Chris stating they may or may not look at it this week but maybe next week, and they don't have any relationships with any 3rd party car warranty companies, so that it won't cover the cost of the repairs. If you have an extended car warranty and have an issue, don't take your car to them for services. Your vehicle may not get inspected for a week to 10 days. Time to move on to a new Chrysler dealer. More

Really an awesome experience Mirtha was really nice to deal with her experience showed and worked the right way to get me in the truck I wanted. I would have bought 5 cars from her if i could. I live less than 3 minutes from this dealership, took my car in to get fixed and had a horrible experience. Not only did they make me late for work because of poor communication, the technician actually bro car in to get fixed and had a horrible experience. Not only did they make me late for work because of poor communication, the technician actually broke a part and was probably hoping I would leave the lot without it unnoticed. I now drive to the next city to get my vehicle serviced. More

We currently own 4 Jeep products - a Grand Cherokee Summitt, Grand Cherokee Limited, Jeep Commander, & a 4 door Jeep Wrangler. I believe this is the best testimony. I originally brought my Jeep here for service and the difference between the level of care at Troncalli and other dealerships was night and day, with Troncalli blowing the others away. Service will keep you in the loop, be transparent, and have your vehicle back to you ASAP. I liked the service dept. so much that when in the market for a new Jeep recently, I knew I had to go to Troncalli for peace of mind the vehicle would always be in good hands when I bring it in. The sales team, in my case, Bruce B., we top notch. Non-pushy, found the vehicle I wanted, got it on-site, respected my time and desires for what I wanted and what I wasn’t looking for, and had me driving out within 2 days- including them finding my Jeep and getting it over to location. Financing Dept. was also efficient and not pushy at all. Again, I knew the coverage plan I wanted and was not pressured into upgrading or spending money I didn’t budget for. These ladies and gentlemen rock. They know their industry, take pride in their job, and care for their customers. I must say Bruce actually answered questions and explained some pretty minute details of my GC that I am sure other sales crews would have scratched their heads about. No need to ever go elsewhere once you’ve found Troncalli. More

Facing major issues due to my Jeep being vandalized at the Atlanta Airport, Christian Bird provided outstanding support in helping me work with multiple 3rd parties and the insurance adjuster as we worked to rebuild my Jeep Wrangler. With a commitment to excellence and dedication, Christian took the lead in speaking with multiple parties in an effort to ease my pain and get my Jeep back to me as promptly as possible, Although I am a customer that has high expectations of my dealership, my recent experience has left me incredible appreciative. I give Christian and the Troncalli team 5-Stars at every turn! More

Price Gouging On Parts Easily Acquired For Much Less Charged $108 for a single TPMS sensor and $65 for labor to replace it. This is with a $130 diagnostic fee for a noise they (of course) could not repli Charged $108 for a single TPMS sensor and $65 for labor to replace it. This is with a $130 diagnostic fee for a noise they (of course) could not replicate. Nowhere on earth is a single MOPAR TPMS sensor $108. They are approximately $65 + $10 shipping everywhere online from dealers. This dealer price gouges customers. I asked the Service Writer why such a high price and he just did the “no my decision, talk to management” speach washing his hands of this price gouging with no empathy or care. On top of this, when I arrived I had to repeat myself to 3 people before reaching someone who could intake my car (and I had an appointment). Nobody simply took me to where I need go and explained what I already said so the customer didn’t have to repeat himself. Same deal picking up the car. Called for the shuttle, wait on hold for about 2 min only to have to repeat myself again and then that person handed the phone to the driver who asked me for directions despite me providing an address and explaining any GPS will go there directly. Place seems so disorganized. I will not return or remove my review unless I am refunded $108-$75 leaving me paying a fair price for a TPMS. Dealers should not take advantage of customers with insane parts markups. More
