First let me address your accusation that this was some sort of money grab. How dare you. I would have surely asked for more if that were the case. My time, anguish and inconvenience have a value, not to mention the rising cost of the same vehicle. Not including the sentimental value of my late father. THE DURANGO WENT UP IN FLAMES AT YOUR DEALERSHIP, TRONCALLI. I had nothing to do with it and you’re making me out to be some greedy clown, looking for a payday. I simply want FAIR compensation for my troubles and inconvenience. I did receive a payout from my insurance company; however it wasn't close to making me whole. My photos clearly show that the fire started at the ABS sensor, as the insurance investigator corroborated, not at the wheel. The fire happened the evening after the techs had looked at it, and as I said before, an accident, but one in Troncalli's care and custody. AT NO POINT DID YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FROM TRONCALLI PROACTIVELY REACH OUT TO ME TO DISCUSS ANY KIND OF RESTITTUTION. We did meet after I came in to see you. You looked for a whole 10 days for a vehicle it took me months to find. When I came in for the 3rd time, I waited for over 20 minutes and you stopped me in the lobby, didn’t even take me to an office to discuss. You had already made up your mind that you had done all you would. This is when I requested a monetary settlement, as now it was on me to go find a replacement Durango. At that point, on Saturday 4/21, you became rude and dismissive and withdrew your offer. Not just today. This is why I was moved to review you, and the Troncalli dealership on Yelp. I have to take the time, search and possibly travel to replace my Durango. You worked for a week and a half. I lost a $38,000 vehicle that I now must replace at an avg cost of $40,000, through no fault of my own. IT WAS LOST TO FIRE AT TRONCALLI. There was a little good faith, until it cost Troncalli money. Then your offers for certification and some services were insulting. I'm not looking to strengthen my position, the truth will bear out. I am simply sharing my experience with others, about Troncalli, that put forth a lackluster effort to compensate a customer FOR THE TOTAL LOSS OF HIS DURANGO. I’ve been calm and willing to work with you up to this point, never raising my voice until you dismissed me Saturday, despite the fact that I LOST MY VEHICLE TO FIRE AT TRONCALLI. More

Troncalli used to be my "goto" dealership. I've purchased a few cars from them and always took my car and minivan to Troncalli for service or repair-related issues. In the last year, customer I've purchased a few cars from them and always took my car and minivan to Troncalli for service or repair-related issues. In the last year, customer service has declined. I took my car in because the radio button on the steering wheel wasn't working, and after holding my car for almost two days, they said they couldn't replicate the problem. I get in the car, and the same problem happens before leaving the dealership's property. Friday, 3/4/2022, my transmission light comes, and my car starts having issues. I called the dealership, and I was told to drop the car off Monday, and they will look at it asap and call me back. I dropped the car off Sunday evening, and today Monday, I got a call from Chris stating they may or may not look at it this week but maybe next week, and they don't have any relationships with any 3rd party car warranty companies, so that it won't cover the cost of the repairs. If you have an extended car warranty and have an issue, don't take your car to them for services. Your vehicle may not get inspected for a week to 10 days. Time to move on to a new Chrysler dealer. More

I live less than 3 minutes from this dealership, took my car in to get fixed and had a horrible experience. Not only did they make me late for work because of poor communication, the technician actually bro car in to get fixed and had a horrible experience. Not only did they make me late for work because of poor communication, the technician actually broke a part and was probably hoping I would leave the lot without it unnoticed. I now drive to the next city to get my vehicle serviced. More

We currently own 4 Jeep products - a Grand Cherokee Summitt, We have been buying Jeep products for over 30 yrs and from Troncalli for over 18 years. I originally brought my Jeep here for service and the difference between the level of care at Troncalli and other dealerships was night and day, with Troncalli blowing the others away. Service will keep you in the loop, be transparent, and have your vehicle back to you ASAP. I liked the service dept. so much that when in the market for a new Jeep recently, I knew I had to go to Troncalli for peace of mind the vehicle would always be in good hands when I bring it in. The sales team, in my case, Bruce B., we top notch. Non-pushy, found the vehicle I wanted, got it on-site, respected my time and desires for what I wanted and what I wasn’t looking for, and had me driving out within 2 days- including them finding my Jeep and getting it over to location. Financing Dept. was also efficient and not pushy at all. Again, I knew the coverage plan I wanted and was not pressured into upgrading or spending money I didn’t budget for. These ladies and gentlemen rock. They know their industry, take pride in their job, and care for their customers. I must say Bruce actually answered questions and explained some pretty minute details of my GC that I am sure other sales crews would have scratched their heads about. No need to ever go elsewhere once you’ve found Troncalli. More
