As always, bringing my car in for service is always an unexpected pleasure. Who would have thought that getting a car serviced could actually be enjoyable. The staff is almost "overly" courteous and respectful. They always open doors, and are extremely polite and accommodating! Most of my interaction is with Lejuan Robinson, who is so friendly and professional! She always pays attention to detail and makes sure that all of my needs are met. She is a welcomed face whenever I come there and is an asset to the dealership! Her professionalism is a tribute to her, as well as the obvious good management and high expectations the dealership has for their employees.
"Last minute, unexpected service"
I was in town for only a couple of days and was trying to help my son with an urgent AC issue while he was at work. I had set up an appointment from out of the town before flying to Baltimore. "Central booking" through another Subaru dealer had failed to get the 4:20 appointment on the schedule at Heratige Subaru Catonsville. When I showed up, they had NO idea who I was and could not understand why an appointment would have been made for AC service when their techs were on duty only until 5:00pm. BUT... they squeezed me in anyway and were extremely accommodating. Got the job done and were an absolute pleasure to work with. BTW, while waiting, I contacted the dealer who had (supposedly) set up the appointment and learned that it was, indeed, their error, not mine or Catonsville's. Christian Holmes and Lejuan Robinson were great!

The Service Dept. was absolutely fabulous.. They were very friendly and professional. Couldn't have done more. The only downnote was $90.14 for an oil change and rotate the tires, in my estimation was excessive. The people were - the price was excessive.
