At one time, I was heading to service at 7 am on a Saturday and she had to come to the service center to get my Tel. Number to tell me the center opened at 8:00. Certainly a fantastic effort. Due to the first 2 parts not being correct, the service manager Heather waived the labor costs. I have had my Acura serviced there many times with excellent results. WELL DONE LOU SOBH HONDA STAFF!!! More
