Unfortunately I have not had a great experience with the service department. The sercvice advisor (Rob Clark) worked hard at it but the service department has consistently caused issues. I know mechancics are hard to come by but they let the dealership down terribly. If it wasn't for the salesperson (Christine Feteira) and the work of the service advisors I'm not sure I would buy another car here or recommend it to anyone. If the Lincoln computers that are in the Aviators can't do their job there should be another way. Disappointing the client isn't a good thing. Bob from 1/2 mile away. More
