There was a point that I would recommend this dealer but now that I’m on my second Lincoln and my experience has gone down hill, my request was not adhered to and the vehicle already having issues. I would now that I’m on my second Lincoln and my experience has gone down hill, my request was not adhered to and the vehicle already having issues. I would not recommend. This 360 vigorous inspection that they brag about doesn’t exist. There are just something’s that shouldn’t be missed. Or overlooked in anything you sell that has your name and reputation on it. Very disappointed this time around. More

I own a 2021 Lincoln Aviator that I recently had serviced and everything always runs smoothly when I bring in my Lincoln. Specifically, I want to acknowledge James, who “mans” the Service desk and is always and everything always runs smoothly when I bring in my Lincoln. I live about 50 minutes away; however, a loaner is always available and on my recent scheduled service, George promptly returned my fixed car and was extremely cordial on the car exchange. Since I bought the Lincoln new two years ago at Herb Chammbers Lincoln of Norwood, I have always been very satisfied with the Service Department and my last visit was no exception!
