JT and Andy are incredible when it comes to making your new car dreams come true. They both are very professional, and over the years I feel like they have become family. I leased a 2016 MKX in October, went for an oil change, and just bought a 2017 Escape. I could not pass up the deal. I have dealt with the service department as well which includes Kim. WAY MORE then I expected I was not really planning on buying a car, I was just looking. Came across the 2015 Ford Certified Fusion and took it for a drive. the salesperson was I was not really planning on buying a car, I was just looking. Came across the 2015 Ford Certified Fusion and took it for a drive. the salesperson was friendly, Non-pushy, asked a few question and went for a drive. When returned said I wanted to think about it, make a few phones calls and he was okay with it giving me all the time I was looking for. When I decided to buy it the finance person was very nice and let me look at all the numbers and decide for myself what I wanted to do again, no pressure at all. I was amazed when they brought my old car home the next day when I decided NOT to trade it in, they did not even hesitate about bringing it home for me and it was 30 miles away. There was a little mix up on a few questions I had and it was TOTALLY MY fault as I had my phone "blocking" Nic's number,, not sure how I did that, BUT when I sent a email to Klaben "general email" I had NOT one, Not two BUT THREE phones calls in less then 5 minutes from sending the email, everyone asking how they could help me or if my question was answered... I was TOTALLY IMPRESSED by that,, I never had a response that fast... This was my first time buying a car from Klaben, but heard from a lot of friends/coworkers tell me how great Klaben was,, and I with out a doubt understand now and when I get ready to buy another car you can bet this is where I will buy it... More

Doug Carter went the extra mile to find an M K X with contour seats for the driver and passenger. For many years I have suffered with back problems. Our last Lincoln lease we experienced the contour seats with the massage feature. For 3 years my back has stayed very healthy and I credit the contour seats for much of my improvement. It was not easy to find the car with the seats we needed but Doug was able to locate one for us in a timely fashion. Thank you, Doug.
