As usual, Doug and the entire Klaben staff was extremely professional, efficient and friendly. The entire process including the long test drive took about 3 hours - which we thought was quick. One of the nicest things about Klaben is that I always feel they are acting on our best part as we enter into the purchase. They all listen - especially Doug. My wife was out of town and I was on a very tight schedule on the Thursday evening when Bob Paytas and the staff at Klaben provided excellent service. My wife was out of town and I was on a very tight schedule on the Thursday evening when I had a very short amount of time to go to the dealership. When I arrived at Klaben Ford to purchase my daughter's new 2017 Escape, Bob had the Escape prepped and all of the paperwork ready to be completed. He quickly showed me how to use the Ford Pass App and then took me over to the finance department. Christine Klaben was also well prepared and very efficient, despite her computer locking up at one point, She and Bob were able to get me in and out of the dealership in just 30 minutes. My daughter had to work that evening, so she was unable to come with me and drive her car home, . Bob and his colleague Gene Kallmeyer solved our problem by going above and beyond the expected level of service by offering to deliver the car directly to our home the next morning. This is the 3rd car our family has purchased from Bob Paytas and I'm certain our next vehicle will also be purchased from Bob. More

Going the extra mile = gaining a loyal customer I was involved in an accident that left me with severe damage to the rear of my truck. Doug literally drove my damaged 2014 F150 to the Klaben Body Shop for estimates and repairs while I test drove a new 2017 F150. Klaben was able to handle the lease termination while at the Klaben Body Shop and took over the responsibility of working with insurance, allowing me to drive away, hassle-free, in my new 2017 F150.
