Tom could not have been more professional and informative from beginning to end. I am from New York and came all the way to Kent OH to purchase my CPO Ford Edge. Tom Nicodemus took care of every aspect of the purchase. He went out of his way to be transparent about the whole buying process and clearly explained everything involved from the details of hte car, the warranties available and the paperwork processed on my behalf. Christine in financing was also very informative and honest about the warranty available to me. A truly great car buying experience at Klaben Ford. I would highly recommend doing business with them.
