We were going to do paper work and pickup on Monday. Monday morning I decided to change the color. He worked with me over the phone to get me into the car I wanted. We stopped in to pick up the car at 4 that day and we were out the door by 5. Truly awesome. Jeff is very knowledgeable about ford vehicles. He knows all the tips and tricks of the car to provide you with a great driving experience. Also there is no pressure with him. He listens to what you want and gets it for you. I also had a great experience with the finance departmemt. No pressure to buy extra packages. This is my second leased vehicle and I know I'll be back to this dealership 3 years from now. More

My salesman Roscoe was great, he helped me get into a car i loved for the best price possible & was by far the most friendly, truthful, & helpful car salesman i have ever worked with. He knew my budget & did a great job getting me into something that fit. I got quotes from other dealerships & salesman that told me what i wanted was not possible. Roscoe made it happen. Christine in the finance dept. was great as well. As this was my first experience getting a car on my own she explained all of the paper work so that i knew what i was signing, answered all of my questions, she was very friendly and made me feel completely comfortable with the whole experience. Roscoe & Christine made the process super easy with no pressure. They had me in & out in just over an hour. I definitely plan on working with them in the future & would recommend Klaben Ford Lincoln to anyone!! More
