Feel like I'm repeating myself but once again the service was great and once again Rachel was great. Also again Jay was available over the phone before appointment to go over what was needed to be done. The was great and once again Rachel was great. I have had good experiences with Russ Darrow Honda for many years. They have a no appointment express lane for oil changes and tire rotations that I like.
