I got an unexpected blowout on the highway. They charged me $8000 on everything that wasn’t the issue and failed to even diagnose the problem. It bucks. They didn’t take a test drive before and after. but instead said it was radiator needs replacing, and failed to even diagnose the problem. It bucks. They didn’t take a test drive before and after. but instead said it was radiator needs replacing, needs tires, needs oil pump. I feel ripped off. And have zero confidence in service department that tries to find any reason to jack up bill. More
