Service department was a very easy experience from the warm greeters when I arrived, to my service rep. I loved the tech video from the service bay. It was fine— there was confusion with pricing. I was quoted 3 different prices for the final estimate. It was misleading when it was time to pay and annoying that I had haggle to get a lower estim I was quoted 3 different prices for the final estimate. The service was great, they looked into my vehicle the following day. Gave me updates on the status of my vehicle during service and let me know as soon as my vehicle was ready to pickup. I took my GL450 Mercedes for service and rim conditioning and I had to constantly stay on top of my service advisor because he would not call or text me back. After 2 1/2 weeks I texted him asking what was and I had to constantly stay on top of my service advisor because he would not call or text me back. After 2 1/2 weeks I texted him asking what was happening with my vehicle to which he finally replied, your car is done and i will call you later to schedule a pick-up. That day was on a Monday, by Thursday I called him again and didn’t hear back from him, so I called Sossio the sales mgr to complain and decided to just go on that Saturday to pick up my vehicle. When they delivered it to me, it was covered in leaves and i told the guy how could you give me my car looking like that, he then asked the valet guy to take the car to wash. When the car was done, I got in it and drove off, and no one said a xxxx word. This was the worst experience at a Mercedes’ dealership that I have encountered and don’t think I will returning. I will also be informing my friends and family who have a mercedes, never to get their car serviced at Benzel. More
