It’s frustrating when staff are unable to perform their duties effectively, and it reflects poorly on the overall experience. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at Frisco Jeep, specifically under the supervision of Chris and Ryan. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I initially brought my vehicle in for sunroof and radio repairs, as everything else was functioning correctly. What followed has caused me significant financial loss, stress, and danger to my life. The sunroof repair was handled incompetently from the start. I had to wait 10 days for a proper fix, during which I was paying for a rental car. When I was finally told my car would be ready, it was not. Their “repair” attempts repeatedly failed. During this process, the service team mishandled my battery, creating additional problems that were not there before. Even after multiple visits: The sunroof was initially non-functional and only partially fixed after the third visit. They damaged my door sensor. The radio still does not work properly. At one point, due to their negligence, my car stopped working in the middle of a busy road, putting me and my wife at serious risk. I had to call 911 and pay out-of-pocket for towing. When I reported this, the response from Chris was dismissive, insisting I bring the car in again at my own expense before they would even investigate. The service team, particularly Chris and Ryan, continuously pushed me for unnecessary battery replacements. Independent mechanics confirmed that the battery was fine and the alternator was functional. They blatantly tried to upsell me services and manipulate me, while physically damaging my vehicle with scratches and dents. When confronted, Ryan refused to take responsibility and lied about the damage. I have proof showing these damages were not present before. This level of incompetence, negligence, and dishonesty is unacceptable. Chris, Ryan, and the Frisco Jeep service team have completely failed in their duties and have caused me financial, physical, and emotional harm. I demand this issue be escalated to upper management immediately, and I expect full resolution, including compensation for the damages and poor service. If this is not resolved promptly, I will take legal action to recover my losses and hold your dealership accountable. This entire experience has been the worst decision of my life. I trusted your dealership with my vehicle, and your team has proven they are utterly incapable of handling basic repairs without causing further problems. More
