Chris was not there, but when he is, he is always so helpful in understanding my needs and explaining every detail of the service and what will be needed next. I am so glad I purchased my Impala from Colonial West. Service and Sales are exceptional. I only wish GM would continue to make the Impala with the large-size engine or maybe put a larger engine in the Malibu. More
