Past purchases, marketing incentives, and great service after the sale have always kept us coming back to this location over the past 16 years. Nathan Pitchford, Chuck Church and Jimmy Conaway went out of their way to understand what we wanted and quickly got us in new vehicles with the exact features we were seeking. The team always goes out of their way to ensure you understand how to operate all of the "bells and whistles" before you leave their facility and encourages you to stop by at any time for additional assistance. It's one thing to say that, but they backed it up recently when we needed help with a dash setting on my wife's new Camry one afternoon. Jimmy Conaway was happy to quickly come out on the lot and immediately brought smiles to our faces. More

Each time thereafter I specifically requested and worked with Scott. Absolutely no pressure and always professional and courteous. Each purchase or lease was incredibly easy with prices that beat any other dealer price or application pricing. Always walked out feeling I've gotten "steal". Scott worked diligently to find the right car, right price and right terms. Chuck and Nathan worked with Scott to ensure I was satisfied. Bill had my paperwork done in 15 minutes. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks! More

Our experience with Scott and the entire team at Lou Fusz was nothing like that. They bent over backwards and made us feel like part of the family. This is my 6th car I have leased from Lou Fusz. My New Highlander! Jeremy was so great to work with! So was the manager Chuck! Both got things done quickly and efficiently. My lease was done in an hour and a half and Jeremy was so great to work with! So was the manager Chuck! Both got things done quickly and efficiently. My lease was done in an hour and a half and I couldn't have been happier with the car and how they worked with me to get the monthly payment I needed! Jeremy answered all my questions and I could tell he really cared about the needs of his customers. I have never had such a great experience buying a car! Plus--I loved the red bow and the selfie stick! A great touch before driving my new car away! More

Amazing Experience My wife recently was in a major car accident with her 2008 Toyota Sequoia. Unfortunately, the car was totaled. We were searching far and wide for a new/used Sequoia with the features and equipment that we desired. Unfortunately, due to dealer inventory levels of Sequoia's it is not easy to have a wide selection at any particular dealer. We reached out to Chuck Church at Fusz Toyota to assist with our search. Chuck was able to locate a vehicle and bring it to the dealership within a few days. We were more than grateful for his knowledge and network to find the right vehicle. More importantly was the service throughout the process. Chuck and Cody were always providing us information about the ETA of the vehicle, pricing etc. Upon arrival, Cody greeted me and offered to first review the vehicle and make sure everything was ok and a full tutorial of the vehicle. Their customer service and follow up through the entire process was wonderful. The pricing and purchase process was painless. Thanks for taking a bad experience (car accident) and turning into a positive experience. We love our new Sequoia. It is refreshing to see such a quality group of people. More

From start to finish, Chuck Church, Dave Koob and the rest of their team made certain they understood what we were looking for and left no stone un-turned in their efforts to exceed our expectations. Every step of the process was handled in a professional, yet relaxed, manner. It is obvious that a lot of thought is given to making each customer feel welcomed, appreciated and satisfied. Change of Management I had previously bought four Toyota's from Lou Fusz Toyota. One Sienna and three Avalon's. I went back to them because in the past it had not been t I had previously bought four Toyota's from Lou Fusz Toyota. One Sienna and three Avalon's. I went back to them because in the past it had not been the typical unpleasant car experience that I had seen at other dealers in the past. Well all that has changed when their management changed. I thought I had a price agreement through SAM's on line which I had corresponded to their internet sales by texting prior to my arrival. I told them first thing my understanding when the process began, which they did not dispute at the time. We drove a demonstrator van with over 9000 miles which they said they could give me as good a deal on as the one I had seen on the internet that had a lot more equipment on. Then the old fashion tag team of talk to the sales manager routine began. That's when I became aware that the deal I thought I was going to get from my communications was now off. They came to me and offered me the demo for 34,500.00. I offered to buy that car if they would give me $1000 for my trade. So after another round of the tag team, the cost jumped $3000 with my trade. What a joke. It was one of the most unpleasant experience I have ever had. Never Again. More

Great experience, great car Shane and Chuck and Bill were great. Shane helped me get the car I wanted within my price range and didn't engage in high-pressure sales tactics to up Shane and Chuck and Bill were great. Shane helped me get the car I wanted within my price range and didn't engage in high-pressure sales tactics to up-sell me. He worked with me and even stayed late, inconveniencing himself and his partner to make sure to give me the tour of the insides of the vehicle so I could drive off safely and with the knowledge I needed to enjoy the car's features. Chuck was upfront about some imperfections on the car's exterior due to the lengthy time it had sat on the car lot before I came to purchase it and immediately made us an offer to discount the price of the vehicle and to make the body repairs free of charge. He really won my wife over when he offered to install seat warmers in her car, a Jeep Patriot purchased from a different dealer, as part of that discount/repair. He seemed to have a handle on the goings-on at the location and I felt like he was there to do whatever necessary to make sure our experience was a great one. Bill was considerate about helping us pick out the extras as we finalized our deal, and when we came back a few days later and asked for some changes to reduce how much we had spent on those options, he was just as considerate about helping us find the right price for our budget while still offering us those quality services. It was a good experience overall. I was impressed by the way that the location used texting and then saved those text conversations in a location where all the employees could access it so they got up-to-speed on our previous conversations with employees and knew where to pick up from. I was also impressed that they managed to beat the sales price offered by a competitor, and continued to negotiate that down as the competitor lowered theirs to try to get us back over there. Finally, Shane followed up diligently on making sure I got my car back in for the exterior repairs (it only took a day to complete and the car looked perfect afterwards) and to get my wife's seat warmers installed. I would recommend this location and this staff in particular. More
