Scott Christensen was helpful and patiently answered all my questions before and after the purchase. He went above and beyond, spending almost an hour after closing time to explain the vehicle's operating systems. Bill Mckeown was efficient and friendly in helping me complete the required paperwork. Chuck Church was accommodating and courteous in response to my requests. He too stayed late to ensure that all went well with the delivery of the vehicle. All in all, I am pleased with the great customer service I received from professional and knowledgeable staff. This is the reason I shop at Lou Fusz! More

He was new to Fusz, but religiously sought answers to questions and features about the car with which he was unfamiliar. Everyone in the dealership was helpful and quickly addressed any questions during the transaction. They pointed out some very slight hail damage to the vehicle I was buying, and we worked a solution to this. My experience with this transaction was much better than my last experience at this dealership in 2010, when I felt some uncomfortable high pressure tactics were used concerning dealer supplied options and extended warranties. There was absolutely none of that this time. More

My daughter recently took a position with a company in St. Louis and I came in from Pittsburgh to give her a hand in purchasing a new vehicle. We did check out the reviews of two dealers ( competitors ) and as a result, we choose a new Toyota 4 runner limited that is absolutely gorgeous. Nancy Schubert our sales rep understood completely as to what we needed to accomplish and made the sale flow so easily. Of course, there we're several other people involved at the dealership as well that made us feel quite well. I can honestly say for me, this was a pleasurable expierence in purchasing a vehilcle and I would highly recommend to anyone in the kirkwood / St. Louis area to give them an opurtunity as well. By the way, the other car we we're considering was just as nice, however, we did not appreciate the way they handled themselves as to the constant phone calls we received over a two day period. We we're offered a fantastic deal, but in the end, it was the way we we're treated by Lou fuss team that won our confidence in who we we're dealing with. I have all the confidence in the world that my daughter will be taken care of as well with future services on her new 4 runner. Give them a try and see for your self. they are top shelf in my book. More

Daniel is a very knowledgeable salesperson and is very personable, and he was wonderful to work with. He was honest and up-front with me. I never felt that he was playing games, and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. I left the dealership with the exact car I wanted for a fantastic price. Daniel made the car buying experience fun, which is something I've never been able to say before. After I bought the car, Daniel had it cleaned, filled with gas, and parked inside out of the cold weather. He then spent a long time with me showing me all of the car's features, and making sure he had answered all of my questions. My experience was 100% positive! More
