I had an excellent experience at this dealership from the moment I stepped in the front door. I was introduced to Catherine, who was extremely helpful and knowledgable. All the details of the vehicle I purchased were explained in great detail, and my trade was handled flawlessly. Our Audi Brand Specialist, Jeff Sawick was AMAZING! This was our first experience buying a car sight unseen, and not first getting to know the dealership or salesperson - just by looking for availability of a Q7 with the packages we desired. Our experience with Juanpi turned out to be wonderful! We first met him through an email inquiry. He maintained contact throughout the 6 weeks prior to the arrival of our vehicle, and when I was finally able to meet him he did not disappoint - such a friendly, positive, enthusiastic, and obliging individual. He was kind, not “salesman-y”, and just as enthusiastic about my new vehicle as I was. He found an issue to address with the vehicle before I did, and contacted all the right people to have it addressed asap. Great doing business with Juanpi and this dealership!!! More
