Even though this was a long distance buy and several there were obstacles and delays along the way with things they had to fix on the car before I could get it, Staff made it really pleasant especiall there were obstacles and delays along the way with things they had to fix on the car before I could get it, Staff made it really pleasant especially Mark Balke who personally drove the car to Oklahoma City to deliver. **EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE** Purchased vehicle site unseen. First off they were a breeze to deal with from start to finish. From the time I arrived to finalize everything and pick up the car I was in unseen. First off they were a breeze to deal with from start to finish. From the time I arrived to finalize everything and pick up the car I was in and out with 45 minutes, part of this was showing me all the features my new car came with and then signing the paperwork. Especially loved the sign in front of the car when I arrived saying “Congrats on your new car”, what a special touch! I’m certain everyone there is great to work with but I worked with Jeremy & Alex, Chuck & Josh from sales and finance. Car is immaculate and runs smooth! Couldn’t be more thrilled with it and the whole experience! More
