Friendly, courteous staff. Good selection of vehicles and the online information about the vehicles in stock saved a great deal of time at the dealership. Fred Munns sold my brother a truck in 2020 and and the online information about the vehicles in stock saved a great deal of time at the dealership. Was dealing with a Dealership close to my house and wasn’t getting the satisfaction I wanted. I call Herlong about a truck I had seen on line. Spoke with Jackie. I asked her about prep fees and doc. fe wasn’t getting the satisfaction I wanted. I call Herlong about a truck I had seen on line. Spoke with Jackie. I asked her about prep fees and doc. fees and she assured me that no extra fees would be added to price. I came over and dealt with Shelby and let her know what I wanted. The truck was at another lot so they ended up bringing it to me in Grovetown Ga. to test drive. I came over the next day and bought the truck. She then had it dropped off at my house for me. Pretty hassle free, exactly the way I wanted to deal. More
