I was disappointed in the number of times I had to call to see the status of my car repair even though it was kept overnight. More over after two days in the shop I was given the car back only to find out to see the status of my car repair even though it was kept overnight. More over after two days in the shop I was given the car back only to find out that the remote start (although was not a Honda remote starter) was disabled and I was not made aware of this. I will say Honda partly redeemed themselves by repairing the issue at no cost to me after almost a week. More

This Honda of Valley Stream has a good regular sales department like all the dealers, but what makes it different from the competition is the service. They are very, responsive and I felt well taken car department like all the dealers, but what makes it different from the competition is the service. Initially met with Clara who did not make me feel safe about leaving my car here. Felt like another number. I decided not to leave my car initially. Upon calling to get in touch with her to reschedule, my about leaving my car here. Felt like another number. I decided not to leave my car initially. Upon calling to get in touch with her to reschedule, my messages and calls went unanswered and unreturned. I took It upon myself to revisit and met with Brandon Martinez who was phenomenal. I was reassured my car was safe and everything would be fairly looked over. All my concerns were addressed and handled professionally. I will Bring my Honda for any future services here because of my excellent experience with Brandon. More

Service needs to be properly updated in a timely manner and the service center needs to start upholding everything that comes with services in the contract. It’s been plenty of times where I would have to and the service center needs to start upholding everything that comes with services in the contract. It’s been plenty of times where I would have to wait atleast 3 hours for an oil change I could do in an hour. And why when I request for my car to be washed I could never get it done it always an issue. More
