It took 3 hours and $50 to get an inspection and to
replace a brake light bulb with an appointment . Unacceptable!! Time is money and on a normal work day that is just not efficient.

Well, I get in and walk over to the desk and very happy to see the person who helped me last time, Clara Torres, any anxiety was now gone because she was so wonderful the last time and she didn't disappoint this time again. Clara Torres is at the top of her game, she really knows her job and is even better at customer service. Clara has a wonderful personality and I can only hope Valley Stream Honda realizes what a gem they have working for them.
