I have been a customer for over twenty years and have been happy with the dealership. My last visit was disappointing, the actual service was good but my car keys were mistakenly given to the wrong car been happy with the dealership. My last visit was disappointing, the actual service was good but my car keys were mistakenly given to the wrong car for a test drive. My car is a CRV and the test drive car should have been a Pilot. It was driven for about 15 minutes, Clayton did communicate with me about it. The service manager came and talked to me and 2 gallons of gas was put into my car ( before being brought back). I felt the experience was not good and the resolution was unsettling. More
