The gentleman who worked with us-Nick Makrakis- was wonderful ! He was patient and answered all our questions and concerns and explained how leasing works. My wife set her heart on the Lexus RX350 premium in Matador Red Mica with Palamino interior. This was not on the lot but Nick tracked one down and assured my wife she could have it within ten days. He stayed in constant contact with her and notified her when her car was ready. He personally met with us when we went to pick up the car and introduced us to Clayton Lewis who handled the financing paperwork. Having had nothing but negative experiences with financing people in the past we were VERY pleased with the way Clayton took us through all the paperwork. Overall we are VERY pleased with everyone at the dealership. My wife just reminded me how impressed we were with the service center. It was so clean it was scary! More
