They wash your vehicle for free and have a very hospitable kid friendly waiting area while your in for service with complimentary items. It doesn’t get better or easier than having service completed at w and l subaru! More

Loss of customer Came in for a fuel pump replacement, nothing else wrong to the vehicle whatsoever. Ended up leaving with nothing fixed on top of a newly broken seat b Came in for a fuel pump replacement, nothing else wrong to the vehicle whatsoever. Ended up leaving with nothing fixed on top of a newly broken seat belt buckle. Said that they didn’t even sit in the driver seat and refuse to even look at the buckle or fix it, so i guess im the liar? Major safety issue right there. Mmm wish i could rate a 0, terrible service and the employee who dealt with me, unprofessional. Definitely will not be coming back. More

Always satisfied W&L is a first-class service. I have taken my Legacy there a few times now and have always been impressed. Loaners are always clean and they have wash W&L is a first-class service. I have taken my Legacy there a few times now and have always been impressed. Loaners are always clean and they have washed the car if they thought it was too dirty. They take good care of my car and I’ll keep taking it there for as long as I own a Subaru. More

Fantastic Customer Service! After switching back to our summer wheels and tires on my wife’s 2015 WRX, the TPMS light was on the dash. I called W&L one afternoon and Diane told me to bring it right in and they would take care of it, no appointment needed! They got me right in and on my way again in 30 minutes.
