I was ready to purchase my 3rd vehicle from Zeck and had loved the no haggle experience in the past however I was very disappointed in the manipulative sales tactics during this experience. I test drove a vehicle and had my trade in inspected and received a offer from Chase McDaniel that I accepted. I made a appt with Chase to return the next day to finalize paperwork. My husband took time off work and we returned the following day. After signing numerous documents, and after Chase sent us a link and asked us to submit our reviews, the sales manager approached us and said there was a misunderstanding and that he could only give $38k for my trade in instead of the $40k that was promised the previous day. Had this number been presented the previous day, I probably would have accepted, however I immediately lost trust. They were not going to honor their word. It is unfortunate that they are choosing to do business this way and are willing to lose a repeat customer that would have been a lifelong customer. More
