Direct Toyota has been exceptional - from the initial purchase to the outstanding service. Cliff is the best service advisor. He always makes sure my Rav4 service maintenance is up to date, tries to fi purchase to the outstanding service. Cliff is the best service advisor. He always makes sure my Rav4 service maintenance is up to date, tries to find me the best price and even caught a nail in my tire the day before I was headed to Indiana for my sons wedding. If there is a computer for Customers to sign in upon arrival will decrease confusion. Customers don’t know who is next when clerks calls for “next”.
