My recent experience at Jackson Acura was subpar. My advisor was Cody and I was charged for tire rotation and shouldn't have been when I expressed i purchased my tires from Jackson Acura. The parts d My advisor was Cody and I was charged for tire rotation and shouldn't have been when I expressed i purchased my tires from Jackson Acura. The parts department was a complete joke. It took them like 8 minutes the first time to come out and ask what I wanted. I said I need a bulb for break light. It took the 2nd person about 8 minutes to come out and ask what I needed. I waited and waited until I had to take a seat because it was taking so long for a basic part. Only for the guy to come out with the wrong price and accused me of telling him the wrong year vehicle. I replied, you heard what you wanted to hear. It was not a good experience. On top of that, I had to waste time and gas driving back to Alpharetta the next day to be refunded my overcharge on the tires. Worst experience with Jackson Acura. Then I texted and emailed the service manager Rodney and got response. I usually have a great experience 😌 the 8 years of giving them my business. I'm now rethinking spending money. I've had one other horrible experience a few years ago. You wanted my review and keep bothering me, for it..Here you go! More
