Good to Their word I worked with Chege, Dimitri, and Cody in service. I am sure that there were others in the service department that helped. We bought a used Honda Od I worked with Chege, Dimitri, and Cody in service. I am sure that there were others in the service department that helped. We bought a used Honda Odyssey. We got the Exterior/interior protection service/product. When we got the vehicle home there was a squeak in the front suspension over a month the service department fixed it under the 9- day warranty. You guys were true to your word and never complained or made me or my wife feel like a burden. My only complain with this process is that I wish that there had been a little better communication. I usually had to call for updates, but I know that I am not the only customer as well. We also had a problem with the exterior paint protection application. When we got it home there were water spots that had not been buffed out before the protection had been applied. I brought this to the attention of Dimitri and it was fixed only when I picked it up, so that was really great as well. Thanks to Dimitri for listening and getting it taken care of. Everyone there is very nice, accommodating and a pleasure to talk with. Thanks for great service. Mistakes will happen but you guys do a great job of listening to the customer and doing what you can to put the customer first. Thanks for a long but overall great experience. My only reason for a good rating below is that myself and my wife feel like the water spots should have been noticed and dealt with before the protective coating was applied. More

Quick, Fast and Good It was an excellent experience, as I arrived a service rep was there to great me and take my name & keys. Showed me to waiting room where I was able It was an excellent experience, as I arrived a service rep was there to great me and take my name & keys. Showed me to waiting room where I was able to work while car was being services. After a quick review of car Cody my service rep came to let me k know there finding and to advise me on next steps. There were some things that need to be fixed but Cody was honest and told me that they could be taken care of the next time I came in for service. I was so shocked that he was not pushing extra services on me that I did not need at the time. He informed me of the services but was not plushie on getting me to have them performed that day. That is one of the reasons I enjoy coming here to have services. Great environment and good people.. Thank You Bert More

Jackson Acura's is one of the best dealer service centers ... Better than even BMW and we own one a 2011 135i. This isn't about BMW though. One of the best features of Jackson's service is that amazing Starbucks coffee and cocoa machine!... Yeah, don't ever take that machine out Jackson otherwise, well... I was there from 8:22-10:15 for a checkup, oil change and tire rotation when Cody, our service writer told me the tech recommended a full brake job and a rear differential service on our 2010 MDX. I said, no problem. The brakes did feel limp-wristed so do it, but give me a loaner... As much as I want to, I can't sit around the dealership all day long drinkin' frickin coffee... Or could I??? Well, good ole Cody got me a loaner, a new 2018 2WD MDX which I showed to the wife later. She liked it, but after shelling out $807 bucks for our maintenance service we're holding on to our old MDX. It's a Honda after all so it still drives pretty darned good even compared to the '18 loaner we'd just driven... Well the point is Jax Acura is awesome. Believe me when I say this even the wife would consider buying another Acura ride because of all our experiences there. The place offers all the things you'd expect from a fine dealership after you've made your purchase. More

Scratches to my new RDX I took my new Acura RDX with 4,500 miles in for routine service. I had an oil change, tire rotation, and maintenance to the back up camera. When I g I took my new Acura RDX with 4,500 miles in for routine service. I had an oil change, tire rotation, and maintenance to the back up camera. When I got home, I noticed major scratch marks along the rear hatch area. It appears that something might have fallen into the back of the car. I was extremely disappointed by this. I really have been enjoying my new RDX and had a wonderful experience during the purchase. I usually rely on the dealer for maintenance because it helps to develop a good relationship between buyer and seller. I hope to work with Jackson Acura in restoring my vehicle to the condition it was in prior to coming in for that first service. More

do nto appreciate that service prices are not public Service was timely, but the fact that the service rep hand wrote service prices is deceitful. Additional service was recommended that did not show up when I scheduled service based on the maintenance minder. And that service was $400 . Felt like a shake down. I will probably take my service business elseware based on this repeated experience. More
