Lexus of Wichita was great throughout the buying process. Rosie answered our questions and even anticipated what we were going to ask about before we did. We love our new TX 350! Great experience purchasing my new GX 550 Overtrail from Lexus of Wichita! Vy Nguyen made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish. His honest, straightforward approach t Lexus of Wichita! Vy Nguyen made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish. His honest, straightforward approach to the deal was truly appreciated, and communication throughout was outstanding. What really stood out was Vy’s commitment to customer service. He even picked me up from the airport, which made the buying experience incredibly convenient. After delivery, he took the time to help connect my phone to my Lexus account and get everything set up in the new vehicle, making sure I was completely comfortable before driving away. Buying a car from out of town can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Vy made it an enjoyable and seamless experience. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with him and Lexus of Wichita. I highly recommend Vy Nguyen to anyone looking for a transparent, professional, and customer-focused car buying experience. I love my new GX 550 Overtrail and couldn’t be happier! More
