Only thing I'd change would be if they'd run the car through the wash afterward to get all that winter off (really the only reason I didn't do five stars). That's always a nice touch ;) Otherwise, the whole experience was first rate. More

Toyota Care Service I went in for a Toyota Care Service (it was free for me that day). I was greeted warmly and my car was whisked away before I had finished checking in I went in for a Toyota Care Service (it was free for me that day). I was greeted warmly and my car was whisked away before I had finished checking in. I sat down with some yummy hot chocolate and read for a bit. My car was ready 15 minutes before the estimated time.
