Service glitch I have been working with Andrew since the 80's, and have always enjoyed it. Once in awhile, every company has a hick up, yesterday was one. I schedu I have been working with Andrew since the 80's, and have always enjoyed it. Once in awhile, every company has a hick up, yesterday was one. I schedule a service for new tires. When I turned the car in I metntioned the VSC and Check Engine lights was on and asked to have tht checke. That did not make it to the work order, and I did not notice that. I also had an unrepairable tire in the back of the va. I thought thye would just pull the tire, and use one of the old set of four to leave me with a spare. When I picked the car up I checked, and there it was. My service advosor is prety new, and was a bit floored what to do, his desk neighbor stated the tire pick up guys were there gettin old tires, so he reushed to see if he could retireve one of my old tires for the spare. He was succesful, and I hope to pick that up soon. My other issue was when I went to pick up the van, there was one, not tow reps on duty. There was a lady in front of me with her CC out, but the rep was on a long call while we stood there. She finallly told me I could check out in service department. So, small things, but correctible, I will go back, it is a good business. More

engine service light on My engine service light came on and I assumed it indicated an oil change was needed but I was leaving town the next day. I was looking for a quick oil change but they didn't have that service. I did not have any appointment but they took care of the service I needed anyway with a tech staying late. I really appreciated their willingness to help and stay late so I did not have to leave town with the service needed. More

Andrew Toyota Best in Class Cody and John Endisch are always friendly courteous and efficient. I used shuttle service for the first time and Zachary is also best in class.
