I just had the most memorable, meaning AWFUL, service experience. I got to the dealership at 7:30 AM to have my window fixed under warranty. This should have been a 90 minute in & out sort of thing. But a common faulty part, a window regulator, was not in stock. The service rep (Ernest Bynes) didn't tell me this until I was already sitting there waiting for 2 hours. Then after waiting another hour I asked about my car. He disappears for 20 minutes then says "oh, there was some mix up with the part order. All taken care of. Your car will be done in 30 minutes.". I was furious. I spoke to the service manager (Colin Lord) who simple told me what I know: they screwed up. I was very happy to leave the place at noon, some FOUR AND A HALF HOURS after arriving. When it comes time for my next car purchase I won't be looking at Rick Case Hyundai. Neither should you. Oh, and get this. They have a sign there that says: "Treating Every Customer As We Would Our Best Friend" Well obviously these guys have no friends. More

After needing a new engine at 102,000 miles, this dealership added a new engine and a free rent-a-car while waiting for the new engine to be replaced. Came in for an appointment at 9:45 am for a vibration in my tires. The car only has 12,800 miles on it. After one and a half hours they came to tell me that I required 2 brand new tires. When I questioned w my tires. The car only has 12,800 miles on it. After one and a half hours they came to tell me that I required 2 brand new tires. When I questioned why, they came back another hour later to tell me that the tires were defensive. Before they would put on new tires they had to contact the manufacturer. Now I’m told that the manufacturer is only offering $30 off the cost (30,000 miles tires). We are still here and it has been almost 5 hours! They were more than happy to charge me full price or to take me home after I waited 4 hours! Worst service ever! More
