Unfortunately, the decrease in staff has tremendously decreased the quality of services rendered at Family Hyundai. I have never had to write a bad review since I have been with this dealership (2016). I decreased the quality of services rendered at Family Hyundai. I have never had to write a bad review since I have been with this dealership (2016). I have always had a smooth and swift experience. This last experience has left me frustrated and surprised.
