15,000 mile check up They were friendly and the service was OK I was advised of recommended service items that I chose to have done to the tune of 503.92. I was told that They were friendly and the service was OK I was advised of recommended service items that I chose to have done to the tune of 503.92. I was told that the car would be vacuumed and sanitized and washed I was a little surprised when I found that the car was not vacuumed and not sure what else was done. I was at the dealership from 8:15 to 11:23. More

2019 Sonata 15000 Mile Service 7/31/20 Great work as always by the Service Department. I actually brought my car in a day early to drop it off for an early appointment the next day and the Great work as always by the Service Department. I actually brought my car in a day early to drop it off for an early appointment the next day and they took care of both my 15000 Mile Service AND replaced a damaged key fob for me the SAME DAY and had it done by end of the day, and this was on a Friday! Colin was very kind and courteous and I was overjoyed to have everything done and my car back before end of day instead of having to leave it overnight for my originally scheduled Saturday appointment. Thank you again and keep up the great work!!! More

Way better than my previous visit. I got oil change and tire rotation in half the time I was told it would take. That's the way it should be done. Tell the customer it will be a little I got oil change and tire rotation in half the time I was told it would take. That's the way it should be done. Tell the customer it will be a little longer and then they are happy when their car is serviced in a shorter time. Makes sense. I would have given 5 stars, but I did not see anyone sanitize my seat or steering wheel or anything else inside when the car was ready. And I was not told that sanitizing was done. So I sanitized it myself and drove home with all windows open, just to be careful. I'm old and I avoided covid this long, so I'm extra cautious about getting sick. More
