Service is always great! I was treated so well at Family Hyundai. Because they could not get me an appointment, I did the Saturday Morning drive in. As soon as I got there ( I was treated so well at Family Hyundai. Because they could not get me an appointment, I did the Saturday Morning drive in. As soon as I got there (7:45) the gentleman let me drive right in. After discussing what needed to be done on my car, Colin Simmons took care of me, and when I told him I could not stay, because I am recovering from Knee replacement surgery, he couldn't have been more helpful and polite. He took care of checking me in, assured me that it would only take and hour and a half and that he would call me. As soon as my car was finished, he did call me and I got my ride to take me back to Family Hyundai. As soon as I got there, Colin took care of my paperwork and I was on my way!! More

to long a wait for a tune up my wife waited almost 2 hours for a simple tune up. they said that the car was washed, but that was untrue. maybe I will go somewhere next time someth my wife waited almost 2 hours for a simple tune up. they said that the car was washed, but that was untrue. maybe I will go somewhere next time something is needed. every one in the waiting was complaining about the time for there work to be completed. figure something out or you will be losing a lot of loyal costumers. Quick Honest Service. Had some minor issues on my 2015 Genesis. Was told it might take about 3 to 4 hours of wait time. Car was ready within 2 hours. Just needed some minor adjustments and electrical resetting. Very reasonable charge for getting the corrections made on the vehicle. Thanks for the good service and honesty. More
