Easily the worst dealer I’ve ever dealt with.
I’ve tried so hard to give them the benefit of the doubt, but continually each time I deal with this dealership it is nothing but disappointments and

My most recent letdown was that it was brought in because I purchased a ceramic coating package. It was never completed properly. I also purchased a package to protect the rims and tires from damage. We did get a scrape on a rim and they went to repair it. The repairs were nice, but then they painted the rim the wrong color. and, I have yet to be contacted about getting it put back to the proper color. I constantly get no replies, no effort in any way to correct the problem. They also did a Noyle change and tire rotation. The following morning I had over a dozen drops of oil all over brand New cement Drive. The slobs couldn’t even clean up oil off of a car.
I absolutely enjoy my genesis G 70, but to be honest, I would sell the car tomorrow if I didn’t lose a ton of money. Just so I didn’t have to deal with this dealership. I hope anyone reading this would understand the gravity of that statement. If I had to do over button, I would completely hit it and never walk in the front door. Go elsewhere. I implore you.

I bought a car from you. I’ve called about this and no one ever follows up. I shouldn’t have to do all the leg work for something you being at fault should want to provide.
You consistently, from the day I bought the car, have over promised and under delivered in EVERY occasion. I was promised the world….. a genesis loaner, heck, you were even supposed to provide free valet service and bring the loaner to me. “You’re a Genesis owner” just call us up and we’ll take care of everything. Complete BS. Heck…. I brought it back for the original ceramic package two days after the initial delivery, I was told…. “Don’t worry, it’ll be parked inside and we’ll get it done in a day or two. Little did you geniuses realize that I could track the car from the owners app and the car didn’t move for four days. Took an entire week for initial coating that didn’t even get done correctly. Rims were never touched. And they did it AGAIN supposedly and guess what…… the rims STILL weren’t done. Oh ya….. and your contractor can’t even paint the rims the same color!
And after all of the numerous letdowns and poor everything, I still have to reach out to you. Again, I bought the car from you. If service and customer satisfaction was a true goal, you’d be calling me daily to get it sorted. Not just a fluff statement in a public review site to save some face with the public opinion. I’m embarrassed for you.
