IN OCTOBER THE "CHECK ENGINE" LIGHT ON MY DASHBOARD CAME ON. I BROUGHT THE CAR TO DANA FOR REPAIR. I HAVE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR MY 2018 LINCOLN MKZ. AFTER DIAGNOSIS, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT COOLANT WAS C ON. I BROUGHT THE CAR TO DANA FOR REPAIR. I HAVE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR MY 2018 LINCOLN MKZ. AFTER DIAGNOSIS, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT COOLANT WAS COMING INTO THE PISTONS, AND A NEW ENGINE WAS NEEDED. HAVING DEALT WITH OTHER CAR DEALERS FOR 60 YEARS I WAS SKEPTICAL. HOWEVER, DANA CAME THROUGH WITH A NEW ENGINE, NOT A REBUILT ENGINE, OR ONE FROM A JUNKYARD WRECK. MY WARRANTY WAS HONORED! ALL THROUGH THIS PROCESS I WAS KEPT INFORMED BY COLLIN ROMER FROM THE DANA SERVICE DEPARTMENT. More
