I was promised a new car with the same features; six months later, after signing financing paper my new escape lacked features (like no park assist), all was told due to COVID related manufacturing dela months later, after signing financing paper my new escape lacked features (like no park assist), all was told due to COVID related manufacturing delays/lack of parts. A month later noticed a tear on the console and seams on driver seat coming undone and notified Ford…continuous emails, calls and no answer, not until u had mechanical problem a year from purchasing the car and had to get it towed to the dealership for repair. Then I was told the original tear was documental by warranty clerk on report as a “puncture” so the damage the car came with is not cover by warranty and they want me to pay close to $400 to fix the tear. So disappointed by the lack of communication between departments and customer service. More

I came in for a oil change, they noticed a oil leak. The team came up with a plan offerd it to me, gave me a rental fixed the problem and i have my vehical back running great.
