I had my Honda Civic inspected on May 25th and though I was told it would take about two hours it seemed like less than that. I saved money by having an extended warranty. The service rep. was quick to po was told it would take about two hours it seemed like less than that. I saved money by having an extended warranty. The service rep. was quick to point out what was to be done on the car, i.e., inspection, oil change, and something to do with the sway bar which the warranty covered. This was the first time we had purchased a vehicle at Bianchi Honda and Corey Harper was our salesman. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. They were available for any questions now and in the future. When I asked about the features of the various models on display, they perceived what I was looking for even as I was awkward about describing what I needed. Corey mentioned his work schedule and told me that I could stop by on any of his regular workdays to ask questions and get explanations. Jamar was great at walking me though the finance-signing process. I was pleasantly surprised at the generosity of the trade-in offered me for the car I drove in. I feel that Bianchi Honda is interested in more than just getting a sale and will be a valuable resource and aide in the future. More
