My husband and I arrived with two young kids in tow and I’m clearly very pregnant. Never once was I offered a seat or even a drink of water. It took probably 2 hours before we got a number for the trade and then the back and forth started and while they ended up moving quite a bit on the new vehicle price and our trade they made no effort to accommodate the fact we had tired hungry children and a pregnant women who’d been on her feet the whole xxxx time in an attempt to keep the children quiet out of respect for the other customers. When we finally found where they parked our trade I left with the kids and my pour husband sat there for another 2.5/3-hours waiting for financing. We were in need of a vehicle but I was not happy giving Currie our business. The salesman mentioned the car had features it does not have and overall seemed to have an uninterested and unappreciative attitude regarding the sale he was making. We purchased our last vehicle there as well so to think that’s how they treat any family/customer or repeat customer is even more unfortunate. The thing is, had they been more accommodating and enthusiastic I know they could have gotten us into a nicer model, and sold us a more expensive/upgraded model, we were interested, have nearly perfect credit and have the money to spend but that’s on them. In addition, when they turned over the new vehicle they didn’t bother to wipe down the interior or anything. It was very dirty. More

Cornelius is so patient with the buyer and is so knowledgeable about the Ford brand. He truly listens to MY needs and NOT what he wants to sell. After searching inventory online I made a couple of dealership inquiries. Currie Motors responded promptly and provided me with honest and accurate information about their inventory and financing. As a result of this conversation with Currie Motors I realized the other dealership I had communicated with gave me false information about financing so I chose to pass that dealership and went straight to Curie Motors Ford of Frankfort. My salesperson was extremely courteous and helpful in finding the right vehicle for me. The sales manager and the finance manager listened to my needs and worked very hard to secure the financing that worked for me. More
