They have helped with providing transport to & from nearby places for all day jobs instead of waiting on the premises, getting a "loaner" or rental car for longer than a day(s) jobs and dutifully kept me informed of any problems or reliefs that altered the ETA. Lastly, though the prices for parts & labor have risen alarmingly through the years, they have helped me prioritize which routes & options could be taken to lessen the blow, yet provide assured confidence in the drivability of the vehicle within the scope of my own parametric needs along the way. Note: by the term "they" I am referring primarily to the relationship with Tom as my liason with both the Corporate entity of Koons Chevrolet AND all of the mechanics, operators and staff involved. Well let's see, I was told the someone would come and talk to me if I needed anything other service and to wait in the waiting area. I waited and waited while I watch people come and go, who came in afte talk to me if I needed anything other service and to wait in the waiting area. I waited and waited while I watch people come and go, who came in after me. Each time someone who serviced their car let them know they were all done!. I finally got up and went to the front desk, where I saw my car keys lying on the desk. Yet no one came to tell me I was done like everyone else. While I set and waited, I had to wonder how long I would have set there waiting for someone to come and get me. Anyway I let them know I've been waiting. No one apologized just said let me get your car. When it was time for me to cash out, I was quoted the wrong price, however it was corrected. More
