People are friendly and service is adequate. Last 3 times I visited my work was not complete, Lug nuts not properly tightened, wipers installed wrong, insufficient tire pressure in all 4 tires. Well let's see, I was told the someone would come and talk to me if I needed anything other service and to wait in the waiting area. I waited and waited while I watch people come and go, who came in afte talk to me if I needed anything other service and to wait in the waiting area. I waited and waited while I watch people come and go, who came in after me. Each time someone who serviced their car let them know they were all done!. I finally got up and went to the front desk, where I saw my car keys lying on the desk. Yet no one came to tell me I was done like everyone else. While I set and waited, I had to wonder how long I would have set there waiting for someone to come and get me. Anyway I let them know I've been waiting. No one apologized just said let me get your car. When it was time for me to cash out, I was quoted the wrong price, however it was corrected. More
