I am absolutely beyond happy with the services I received on my visit last week. The staff and service department went above and beyond to assist me in getting my vehicle straight. The service department was on my visit last week. The staff and service department went above and beyond to assist me in getting my vehicle straight. The service department was very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything clear to me where I understood and had no questions unanswered. The help I received from multiple different people showed how the Koons staff definitely works together as one. A huge thank you for a GREAT experience. More

From the very start of your arrival, you are greeted warmly. I was getting my 15k service & I waited in the spacious waiting room and enjoyed a cup of coffee & water. I had a couple of issues that were warmly. I was getting my 15k service & I waited in the spacious waiting room and enjoyed a cup of coffee & water. I had a couple of issues that were discussed with my service advisor Courtney and one was fixed right away, the other I'm still waiting for a phone call from them so I can schedule for the fix. I hope to hear from them today (the last day of their 3 day window they gave me). Apparently it needs management involvement even though the service person told me last Friday that it was an easy fix (programming) but they needed time to do it so I would be hearing from them on Monday. More
