From the very start of your arrival, you are greeted warmly. I was getting my 15k service & I waited in the spacious waiting room and enjoyed a cup of coffee & water. I had a couple of issues that were discussed with my service advisor Courtney and one was fixed right away, the other I'm still waiting for a phone call from them so I can schedule for the fix. I hope to hear from them today (the last day of their 3 day window they gave me). Apparently it needs management involvement even though the service person told me last Friday that it was an easy fix (programming) but they needed time to do it so I would be hearing from them on Monday. More

Everyone is very nice but we had or take our car back 2 additional times which wastes our time and gas. Hopefully this 3rd time will actually fix the issue with the brakes.
