Service department is a disaster. Everyone has a different story. Brand new vehicle left for roof leak issues. Everyone had different story was told vehicle was ready so I drove an ho Everyone has a different story. Brand new vehicle left for roof leak issues. Everyone had different story was told vehicle was ready so I drove an hour to pick it up and then treated like a crazy person and told the parts aren’t even there so it is not ready. They then did a top replacement on a brand new vehicle without telling me that was what was needed. I was told it was only a latch causing leak. When a major part of brand new vehicle is being replaced customer should know in advance. What else did they hide from me…. When I picked up Jeep finally it was on empty and had been driven 30+miles. Why did you need to drive it for a roof leak…… Beware of the service department you never know what they will do and everyone has a different story….. More

We purchased the car here and it has only been serviced at this location. We had it in 2 weeks prior her fluid leak. We were told there was no leak and we had to bring it back for the same reason. It was at this location. We had it in 2 weeks prior her fluid leak. We were told there was no leak and we had to bring it back for the same reason. It was a fuel pump, but had to be replaced. The first visit we were told that the reddish pink fluid that was leaked out but we brought samples of, did not come from the car. Very disappointing to have to make two trips for $900 fuel pump.
