I went in for an oil change, and to get my tires rotated. I had to pay extra for the tire rotation, which I did. I marked my tires just in case, to make sure the job would get done. My daughters car was sent to CF dodge jeep ram on JYP and sandlake for a check engine light. They decided to change her thermostat and Axle boot which we didn't go there looking for. After she picked up her sandlake for a check engine light. They decided to change her thermostat and Axle boot which we didn't go there looking for. After she picked up her car the check engine light came on 3 more times and they brushed it off. Now brake fluid is pouring out of he car and it almost caused her to hit a child crossing the street. This dealership does low quality rush jobs that put peoples lives in danger. It is nearly impossible to get in touch with the service manager. I call and ask for him and was transferred 3 times to different service advisors then someone picked up and hung up on me. I spoke to Bob and he connected me to a voicemail that did not belong to Craig. More
