One hour forty minutes to get my vehicle into the shop I had 7am appointment and supposed to be first in, out. I was late for work and got written up because of this. I made the appointment days beforehand for first in and out. Why else would I accept the 7am appointment. In the waiting room at 8:40 I saw my vehicle being pulled into the shop. Later as I was pacing I saw my vehicle pulled up and parked they had failed to wash it as well, I was already late for work so I waited again for them to finish what was on the order. So disappointed that I have to continue services here because I bought the 2 year oil changes when I purchased my 7th vehicle from this dealership. More
