My Ram 5500 RV broke down on the side of the road and was towed. Thought it was exhaust issue because the dash said so, so they did a manual regen. Picked it up on Friday evening and it died after 1.5 miles. towed. Thought it was exhaust issue because the dash said so, so they did a manual regen. He was on the phone with me till 10:30 PM trying to take care of it. There's a lot more to the story but long story short he went above and beyond got everything taken care of. More
