I mentioned to this service rep my brakes had been squeaking he said it was normal for my 2022 RT dodge challenger with 8000k miles to have this issue. Subsequent to my visit the squeaking has worsened, which leads me to believe the brakes need to be changed. I mentioned my issues to a service manager at this location and he was very rude during our interaction. I’m under the impression that the service representatives at this location are not doing their job to the fullest extent. Every time I visit this dealership there’s a lot of standing around and not getting things done. More

My Ram 5500 RV broke down on the side of the road and was towed. Thought it was exhaust issue because the dash said so, so they did a manual regen. He was on the phone with me till 10:30 PM trying to take care of it. There's a lot more to the story but long story short he went above and beyond got everything taken care of. More
