Creative, Responsive & Competitive I recently purchased a 2015 Avalon. Shalonda and Cristian put together very competitive and reasonable pricing for the vehicle. Furthermore, my Ford I recently purchased a 2015 Avalon. Shalonda and Cristian put together very competitive and reasonable pricing for the vehicle. Furthermore, my Ford Explorer's lease was up and Cristian offered to buy the vehicle thereby saving me the expense of the excess mileage. Everything was perfect until we were notified by Ford that another dealer (Andrew) couldn't buy the vehicle. My choices were to buy the Explorer and pay the tax or pay the excess mileage fee. Neither was appealing. Cristian put together a solution that was creative, responsive, & competitive. In the end, I'm very happy with Andrews professionalism and even more happy with my Avalon. Our sales person, Brendon Kaiser truly went out of his way to make our purchase as easy and stress-free as possible. The managers Jared Johnson and Christian Coroian were also very helpful and friendly. Because we are not from Milwaukee, they did everything possible to make sure that nothing was a miss and we wouldn't have to come back unnecessarily. We are from Chicago and we visited previously couple of Chicago area Toyota dealerships and the quality of customer service was absolutely incomparable to what we received at Andrew Toyota.
